All measurements “+3” means 3 cm of extension; for example 38 cm can only be worn at 38 cm, whereas 38+3 cm is adjustable between 38 and 41 cm.

It is possible to create the pendant in the silver version with white mother-of-pearl or the golden version with black mother-of-pearl on request.
