Is the jewelry waterproof? – Yes, all the pieces are WATERPROOF. You can exercise with them, and even take a shower.

Will the color fade? – The color WON’T FADE. Jewelry crafted with the highly resistant and durable stainless steel, with a 10x stronger coating process named PVD – Physical Vapour Deposition! It is the most modern coating process available in the market, making the color last longer. It DOESN’T RUST or TARNISH, so the color remains perfect for a lifetime.

What if I ordered a wrong style or size? – Just contact us, and we will fix it for you right away.

Can I customize the order? – Yes! I work on each piece individually. You can describe me what you want or send a picture, and I will see what I can do.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

We aim to get every order to you as soon as possible, as we are so excited to make these pieces for you! Orders usually have 1 to 2 days turnaround.

US ORDERS:
Sent WITH TRACKING via USPS First Class. Please allow 3-6 business days for them to arrive.

CANADA ORDERS:
Sent WITH NO TRACKING via Canada Post. Please allow 5-9 business days for them to arrive. You can upgrade to EXPEDITED TRACKED or EXPRESS at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Sent with TRACKING via Chit Chats. Please allow 8-22 business days internationally. It can take a bit longer depending on the destination.
