All Sarah Elise pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 4 – 10 business days for manufacturing. Need it sooner? Just ask and we will let you know if it’s possible. You can check your estimated shipping date and retrieve your tracking number by locating your order from us in Your account under your orders.

We use only top-grade, full-cut diamonds (G Color SI Clarity) and gemstones for maximum sparkle. Stones are hand-set by our incredible family for insurmountable quality.

Every order comes beautifully boxed in a suede pouch you can always use (which really comes in handy when traveling!). If you have multiple items in your order, they will all be shipped in one packaging.

Is it a gift? Let us know and we will ship it without the invoice and can include a little gift note!

All of our materials are ethically sourced and eco-friendly! Stones are conflict-free. Pouches are made of recycled leather and we never use dyes or chemicals.

RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept refunds on undamaged and unworn goods up to 14 days after delivery in the original packaging (Sarah Elise Jewelry box and pouch), **EXCEPT** on personalized items, custom orders, and eternity bands since they are made-to-order items. All bracelets and necklaces can be ordered with extensions, and these are also non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ship items back within 14 days from the *delivery date.* We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item; however, we can do repairs for a fee. Please note that Sarah Elise Jewelry is solid gold – meaning the highest quality – but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged package for your shipment back to us. Please make sure you seal your return securely and use the tracking option.

How To Return:
Send us a message for your return or exchange request. Pack your unworn undamaged jewelry back into packaging, please ship it the way you got it! Include the invoice and a note for the return or the exchange. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Once shipped please send us the tracking number.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production.
