A: The beads are HOLLOW. ALL my 10k beads come light weight and hollow.

Q:WILL THE BEADS GET DENTED?
A: YES, YES, and YES. These beads will get dented easily and fast.

Q:DO YOU HAVE SOLID BEADS?
A:YES, you can find solid gold beads that will not get dented in my shop under the 14k and 18k listings.

Q:WILL ACCEPT A RETURN?
A:NO. I have listed in my shop everything you need to know before making your purchase and given these are always on final sale returns refunds NOT accepted. PLEASE SHOP RESPONSIBLY.

Q:WHAT IS STRETCHED AND WHAT IS CHAINED ?
A:When you select stretch option the beads will come strung on elastic cord. When you select the chain option the beads are strung on 10k gold chain with spring ring clasp.

Q:CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT CLASP?
A:YES. You can request different clasp for a fee please contact me first before purchasing.

Q:WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF EACH BEAD?
A: weight per bead: 2mm/.004g – 2.5mm/.006g – 3mm/.011g – 4mm/.022g – 5mm/.03g

Q:WHY THERE IS NO STAMP ON THE BEADS ?
A:Given to the shape and hollowness of the beads they can not be stamped.

Q:HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS REAL GOLD?
A:Aside from doing acid test at the jewelry shop, solid gold is NOT magnetic when you bring a magnet next to gold there is NO reaction.

*Please know less purity = less color yellow, 10k gold is NOT as yellow as 14 and 18k gold and 14k gold is NOT as yellow as 18k gold.
