You can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $20CAD fee deducted for the initial production of the item. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to begin the process.

Please note that all earrings are final sale for the hygienic safety of all of our customers.

Any items with sizing options are final sale (i.e. bracelets or chain lengths).

Custom items are final sale.

Please ensure all items are returned unworn and in their original packaging. If items are returned without original packaging, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.

If items are returned after being worn, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Sale items are not eligible for refund.

We highly recommend adding a tracking number to any return packages as our shop is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. If a package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, no refund or exchange will be issued.
