Goddess Diana statement necklace is made with polished Amethyst Moon pendant, which is 24k gold electroplated.
Designing and making this piece I intended on activating lower energy centers or Sacral and Root chakras with Carnelian and Hematite, and connect that energy to the Crown Chakra with Amethyst crystal. Beside the energetic intention, I loved how vibrancy of orange and purple match together and create a beautiful design. Wrapped with dark brown cord in between each crystal is what gives this design the earthy elegance for the perfect modern bohemian style.

This style of necklace is beaded crystal necklace.

– Carnelian- round- polished- 8mm
– Hematite- coated- discs- 6x3mm

Each stone is unique, and their patterns may vary from crystal and their cut, therefore small variations are possible when there is more than 1 piece available.

Why is the necklace named Diana?

Diana is considered a virgin goddess and protector of childbirth. Historically, Diana made up a triad with two other Roman deities: Egeria the water nymph, her servant and assistant midwife; and Virbius, the woodland god. While Diana is a triple-form deity, she was predominantly a hunting and moon goddess. The hunting aspect, however, was favored among her worshippers and even today remains her most iconic form.
Interestingly, while Diana was a symbol of purity, she was also prayed to by women who wanted to conceive and by mothers who wanted an easy childbirth. Sometimes referred to as Lucina, Diana’s reputation of protecting mothers and children earned her a place of honor among women.
Further, Diana was praised for her intelligence. Diana was said to have displaced Luna as a moon goddess, and Diana is represented as directing the movements of the moon from her chariot and was frequently thought of as the goddess of light.
