Each necklace comes with tiny, hand-stamped discs that can be customized with birth flowers of your choice. Add as many discs as you want to symbolize the people who hold a special place in your heart! 🙂

* As the pendants are all hand-stamped, there will be impressions on the back of them
* This listing is only for 6.4MM disc
* For multiple discs, the discs will be placed starting from the the left of the necklace

DETAILS:

disc size: 6.4MM gold filled or sterling silver
chain: 14k gold filled 1.7mm flat cable or sterling silver
clasp: 14k gold filled or sterling silver

The necklace length is the total length including the clasp.

All initials will be in CAPITAL only.

MATERIALS:

14K gold filled findings: A thick solid 14K gold is pressure bonded to the core metal, which makes the jewelries to last longer! It is easier to care for while maintaining the beautiful gold shine. It’s a high quality gold piece that is durable but affordable compared to solid gold pieces. You can wear to wash your hands & shower, and is completely tarnish-free!

I also use high quality sterling silver and offers some gold-plated earrings as well. Please ensure to read the descriptions and the details of the products to see what materials are used!

PACKAGING:

All orders will come with a beige Dainty microfiber re-usable pouch + white jewelry cloth to keep our jewelries clean at all time! I do not include paper receipts 🙂

SHIPPING:

For all orders, the processing time is 3 weeks. They are all made to order and highly time-consuming and labour-intensive products 🙂 so please be patient with me!

Canada: Expedited & Tracked – flat $12 CAD using Canada Post. Estimated delivery is usually 5-8 business days.

US: They are shipped using Canada Post and comes with tracking #. Estimated delivery is usually 5-15 business days.

International: They are shipping using Canada Post Small Packet – International by Air. Faster shipping option is available in checkout at additional cost. Estimated delivery is usually 7-12 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Non-personalized jewelry:
– I accept returns within 14 days of dispatched date
– Shipping fees are buyer’s responsibility for any return items
– Items must be in original condition and packaging

Personalized jewelry (birth flower & initial)
– They are all final sale and I do not accept exchanges/returns.

CANCELLATIONS:

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. I cannot cancel your order once the items have been made and/or shipping out

JEWELRY CARE TIPS:

– Avoid direct contact with perfumes/makeup/hair spray etc. as the harsh chemicals can tarnish jewelries over time
– Store your pieces in air tight zip bags or the pouch that comes with every order in a cool and dry space.
– To clean, you can gently wipe using the soft polishing cloth with a little bit of warm water
