We offer free shipping. We keep fair pricing considering inflated cost of shipping within Canada and to US. Canadian Prices includes HST/GST. Please consider this while evaluating pricing and reviewing the product.

We do pack all Orders very well for shipping but Sometimes Gemstone or mirror can be detached during hard shipping, It can be easily reattached with super glue. Please be careful while using super glue.

Thread holding necklace rope to Necklace can come out if not handled with care or extra force is applied while adjusting the Necklace sizes. In case if it happens, Thread can be applied back on Necklace Rope with little glue on it. Entire Necklace rope can also be replaced with new one. They are available in market.

Care Instructions
Please take extra care unpacking the product once delivered.
Handle Jewelry items gently or it can get damaged.
Please do not pull Necklace string so hard to adjust the necklace sizes, it should be firmly held just before the adjustable slider to loosen or at the end to tighten according to your size requirements.
Clean jewelry with dry cotton cloth or dry tissue to retain shine.
Store jewelry items in air tight container, zip lock or original jewelry box.
Avoid applying perfume , Deo or any chemical on Jewelry items. Keep them away from heat.

Color/Shade/Texture of Jewelry items displayed in photos/videos may vary in actual if viewed in different light sources. Please compare them in natural light.
Please do consider little imperfections in these products which should not be noticeable while wearing as these are handmade.

We use CanadaPost for deliveries within Canada and CanadaPost/USPS to USA. All our orders are shipped with tracking number, Email should be received with tracking number when order is shipped. Tracking information can be found in order history as well.
